Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and begin planning your event. Deposits are non‑refundable, as they reserve your time, cover initial planning, and allow for ingredient sourcing. Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled service; cancellations made after this window are billed at 100% of the total event cost. No‑shows may incur an additional fee to cover labor, travel, and perishable product loss. Final menu selections and confirmed guest count are due no later than 72 hours before your event to ensure accurate ordering and preparation.
