Service Description
A complimentary planning consultation for private cooking classes for up to six guests. Choose a technique, cuisine, menu, or confidence-building goal. Chef D.J. Mendivel adapts the pace and instruction to the group, with sensory-aware support available when useful. Final pricing is provided in a custom proposal.
Cancellation Policy
Complimentary consultation requests do not reserve an event date and carry no service fee. An event date is secured only after the proposal is accepted and the required deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable unless Chef Mendivel cancels, but their value may be transferred once to a future service with reasonable notice and subject to availability. Final guest count, dietary restrictions, allergies, accessibility needs, venue details, and menu decisions are due by the deadline stated in the proposal. Young Chef Mentorship tuition is $975; ingredient costs are billed separately.
