Service Description
Chef D.J. Mendivel brings polished private dining to Redmond, Bend, and Central Oregon. Service includes seasonal menu planning, local-first sourcing when available, professional preparation, refined plating, thoughtful pacing, and clean execution from arrival through cleanup. This offering is built for anniversaries, family dinners, retreats, celebrations, and guests who want a relaxed but elevated dining experience.
Cancellation Policy
Complimentary consultation requests do not reserve an event date and carry no service fee. An event date is secured only after the proposal is accepted and the required deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable unless Chef Mendivel cancels, but their value may be transferred once to a future service with reasonable notice and subject to availability. Final guest count, dietary restrictions, allergies, accessibility needs, venue details, and menu decisions are due by the deadline stated in the proposal. Young Chef Mentorship tuition is $975; ingredient costs are billed separately.
