Service Description
A complimentary consultation for strengths-based cooking instruction and shared dinner experiences adapted for different learning styles, communication preferences, sensory needs, and comfort levels. Available for individuals, families, and small groups. This is hospitality and practical culinary learning, not medical or therapeutic care.
Cancellation Policy
Complimentary consultation requests do not reserve an event date and carry no service fee. An event date is secured only after the proposal is accepted and the required deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable unless Chef Mendivel cancels, but their value may be transferred once to a future service with reasonable notice and subject to availability. Final guest count, dietary restrictions, allergies, accessibility needs, venue details, and menu decisions are due by the deadline stated in the proposal. Young Chef Mentorship tuition is $975; ingredient costs are billed separately.
