Service Description
Chef Mendivel LLC provides polished catering and event dining for gatherings of 10 or more, with menus built around seasonality, local-first sourcing, and practical service flow. Offerings may include family-style meals, passed appetizers, plated dinners, buffet service, private celebrations, retreats, and special events. Each event is planned with clear communication, professional preparation, thoughtful execution, and food that feels generous, refined, and rooted in the season.
Cancellation Policy
Complimentary consultation requests do not reserve an event date and carry no service fee. An event date is secured only after the proposal is accepted and the required deposit is received. Deposits are non-refundable unless Chef Mendivel cancels, but their value may be transferred once to a future service with reasonable notice and subject to availability. Final guest count, dietary restrictions, allergies, accessibility needs, venue details, and menu decisions are due by the deadline stated in the proposal. Young Chef Mentorship tuition is $975; ingredient costs are billed separately.
