Information is used to respond to inquiries, plan services, process payments, and maintain records. We do not sell data. Limited sharing may occur with service providers (payment processors, scheduling tools) or when required by law. Data is retained only as needed for business and legal purposes. You may request access, correction, or deletion where permitted. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. Contact us with privacy questions.

Terms of Service

By using this site or booking services, you agree to these Terms. Services include personal chef work, menu planning, and private dining. You must provide accurate allergy and dietary information and ensure a safe, functional kitchen. Pricing is based on menu, guest count, and event details. All deposits are non‑refundable. Canceling within 72 hours of the event incurs a 100% fee of the total invoice. Ingredient availability may require substitutions. We are not liable for undisclosed allergies, client‑provided equipment, or events outside our control. All menus, recipes, and content are our intellectual property. Oregon law governs these Terms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposits are required to reserve dates and are non‑refundable under all circumstances.

More than 72 hours before event: Deposit retained; no additional fees unless special‑order costs were incurred.
Within 72 hours: 100% of the total invoice is due as a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require a new deposit. If we must cancel for reasons within our control, payments for unrendered services will be refunded. Force majeure events may allow rescheduling at our discretion, but deposits remain non‑refundable. Lack of access or unsafe conditions at arrival is treated as a 72‑hour cancellation.
