Our Mission

Our goal at is to promote food ethics, sustainability and the delicious possibilities that come with every season.  We work with local Farms, Fish Anglers, Craftspeople and Markets to ensure we are using the most fresh and locally sourced products available. Our culture is made up of three criteria; Quality, Respect and Learning. Quality ingredients, people and time. Respect for ingredients, animals and each other. Learning, we never stop learning. The most experienced chef can still improve. Many of our dishes are named after family members or the mentors that taught them to us as a way to show respect and give a sense of family to our clients. Teaching the next generation is also very important and a driving force for what we do in the community. We love feeding people so giving back to the community is a pleasure for us. When the restaurant landscape changed in 2020 we decided it would be safer to feed people in their own home rather than a restaurant, that was a lightbulb moment and a catalyst for the beginning of an amazing journey.
